The Capsool system is designed for you to work creatively, with confidence and in-confidence. It can be used for private correspondence. We do not open Capsools unless we have to for audit purposes or if there are concerns about subject matter discussed in the community guidelines. Your Email Address

We don't use it for anything other than Capsool communications about the message you have created. We don't even try to use it for news about Capsool Ltd., unless we have your express say-so saying that its ok. The same goes for selling information or email addresses to commercial enterprises. We don't do it without permission.

We protect other email addresses that you enter into the system in the same way.
